Expleo are seeking a Accessories Engineer to work within a globally successful automotive OEM, based in Bedfordshire, on a contract basis. The successful Engineer will be required to develop genuine automotive accessories across multiple disciplines.
Responsibilities of the Accessories Engineer include:
- Develop genuine accessories across various disciplines, including Mechanical, Trim, and Electrical.
- Verify the fitment and compatibility of accessories with vehicles.
- Ensure that development aligns with technical specifications, cost, and timing targets.
- Support the adoption of accessories for Special Versions vehicles.
- Address market and quality inquiries as needed.
Background and experience required for the Accessories Engineer position:
- Bachelor’s Honours degree in Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience with an Automotive OEM or a relevant Automotive supplier.
- Proficiency and experience with NX software.
