The role involves marketing and developing the services of the busy Residential department, while personally supporting as Fee Earner on the Team’s case files – using a CMS system – for work across the conveyancing spectrum.

previous "all round" residential conveyancing experience (minimum 2+ years) ideally gained within a fast-moving residential department, ideally with New Build experience.

excellent communication and IT skills, especially client-facing

ability to deal with a mixed caseload including sales and purchases, re-mortgages and new builds – freehold and leasehold – and registered and unregistered titles

experience with shared ownership leases, right to buys, assents, severances of joint tenancies and general property matters

networking ability with confidence to deal with third party suppliers/advisors, estate agents and developers
