The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Project manage the development of capacity and flow within the Division. Beresponsible for the flow of service users through the integrated care pathway system and develop mechanisms for ensuring that the capacity available within the service is managed effectively.
The successful applicant will have extensive operational experience of Medium/Low and/or High secure referrals and an understanding of the complexities and legal challenges that may arise. The successful candidate will have experience of working with NHS Commissioners to ensure standards and compliance metrics are reported accurately and achieved, with the skills escalate in a timely and effective way.
The successful candidate will evidence sound decision-making ability, be highly responsive, flexible and able to meet the needs of secure clinical services. You will have the ability to engage key stakeholders including HMP services and the Ministry of Justice. The successful candidate will have good inter-personal skills, lead by example, and have the ability to deal with complex cases.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in business or health management and hold a Prince II qualification, in addition to having extensive experience of working in forensic services.
