You will develop and drive the planning function across both our Fresh and Prepared factories in order to optimise the usage of raw material in the most quality focused and profitable manner. You will drive the sales and operations planning monthly process to ensure clarity and transparency of our sales forecasting, raw material position and operational capacity planning throughout the year. What you will be doing: * Review and improve the management of raw material availability and sales forecasts against demand * Review and manage our monthly to short term planner * Assess to improve our departmental processes to improve cost efficiency * Manage the group wide ERP system of raw materials * Assist in the annual budgeting process * Assist in the forward planning for raw material contracts What we want from you: Essential * Strong numerical & analytical skills * Proficient in Excel * Strong organisational skills * Self-starter * Effective communicator and influence at all levels Desirable * Experience within fresh produce or food manufacturing * Experience using an ERP system
