A dynamic and forward-thinking architectural practice is seeking an Associate Director to lead the design and delivery of large-scale commercial interiors and mixed-use projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the creative vision across commercial interiors, mixed-use, and large-scale projects.
- Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, budget control, and timely delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering innovation and professional growth.
- Develop and present high-quality design concepts, drawings, and presentations (Adobe InDesign, Revit, SketchUp/Rhino).
- Conduct site visits, troubleshoot design issues, and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
- Build and maintain client relationships, leading meetings and securing repeat business.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong experience in large-scale commercial, mixed-use, or corporate interiors.
- Expert proficiency in Revit (essential), Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp/Rhino.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver high-profile projects.
