We are working with an award winning and well-established professional services firm on the appointment of their newly created position of HR Partner. Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a full generalist role, supporting the organisation with HR activities with particular emphasis on Learning & Development. The expectation is that this will be a part time (4 day) role but we are open to having conversations with individuals who are looking to work 3 days per week or full time hours.

The HR Partner package includes:

  • Salary up to £42,000 FTE
  • Hybrid (2 days from home)
  • Pension, matched 4.5%
  • Medicash
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Responsibilities of the HR Partner role involve:

  • Support the Head of HR through the provision of L&D expertise and knowledge
  • Take a lead on the company’s induction process, regularly reviewing and updating
  • Support departmental managers to challenge and manage areas of underperformance
  • Carry out capability assessments, development discussions and skills gap analysis to identify areas of training required and development needed

We are keen to hear from you if you have a passion for and are keen to embrace a role focused on L&D, coaching and positive development. Ideally you will have the CIPD L5 qualification as a minimum or significant relevant experience. You will have experience and knowledge of developing and driving L&D within medium / large businesses and a good working knowledge of L&D best practice. Ideally we are looking for someone to work on a part time (4 day) basis but we would also welcome applications from individuals who are seeking 3 days per week or full time hours.
