A challenging and rewarding opportunity exists working in an established team of insurance administrators in our client's busy town centre office. The role would suit a highly numerate graduate; someone very comfortable with Word and Excel and general Microsoft products, who is well organised and calm under pressure. Much of the administration involves processing numbers (involving complex figures, currency exchange rates and calculating percentages). There will also be some accounts processing duties.
Key tasks include:
- Entering new risks into CRM
- Producing insurance contracts using MS Word
- Sending contracts to clients
- Updating CRM with payments and amended risk information
- Dealing with ad hoc queries
Support will be provided to study for industry qualifications and there is potential for progression within the company for broader insurance roles. Full internal training will be provided. This role is only offered on a Mon-Fri office basis. There is no flex to WFH.
