We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee our Private Dining Room. As the Private Dining Room Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of private events, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of private events in the designated dining room.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution of private events.
  • Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of private dining spaces.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure compliance of health and safety standards as well as food hygiene.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in private dining or event management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to event coordination.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
