My Client, the World's Leading Custom Composite Mold Producers based in Oxford, are currently looking for a Junior Technical Sales Engineer to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

You need to have unrestricted right to work in the UK to apply for this position.

This opportunity will suit an Aerospace Engineering Graduate, who is excited to learn sales skills, source new clients, and conduct early-stage sales activities. The ideal candidate will support the sales admin process and help to manage our CRM. Each day will bring new challenges, as you network to find innovative ways to grow our pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively finding new opportunities across our key business sectors in Aerospace, Automotive and Marine through research, networking, cold outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Following up on new inbound leads, being our first point of contact with new prospects, and gathering key information to enable our presales team to put together a commercial quotation.
  • Communicating and supporting existing customers with new sales queries.
  • Updating our CRM system with customer call and meeting information, following up tasks, maintaining our sales pipeline and general administration.

Qualifications:

  • Business Graduate or similar background.
  • Interest and understanding of Sales and marketing.
  • Highly motivated and proactive.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
