An exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join a Contractor in the Leicester area. As a major UK contractor, my client has a diversified workload in the Civil Engineering sector, boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.
About The Role:
- As a Senior Estimator, you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Leicester and Midlands region.
- Your focus will be:
- Creating and understanding specifications.
- Building relationships with clients.
- Pricing form data and proposing these to clients.
- Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase.
- Reporting and working closely with the Director.
About You:
- Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients.
- Experience working on Civil Engineering Schemes.
- Live within or commutable to Leicester.
- Experience using Candy and/or Causeway systems.
- First Principals and Project Take Off experience.
