Oracle Cloud HCM Analytics Consultant

Work closely with business stakeholders using Oracle Cloud HCM , to understand their requirements and design solutions.

• Work with the Product Owner to define product vision, roadmap, growth and product conversion opportunities and priorities according to business value, within the context of the HCM domain.

• Create functional and technical designs based on business requirements. Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation

• Presents to leadership and stakeholders various analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud HCM .

• Challenge clients current ways of working and to adopt Oracle best practice.

• Oracle HCM Cloud, Performance, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management and Time & Labor implementation expertise.

• Multiple full life-cycle implementations with Oracle Cloud HCM Suite

• Experience with designing and implementing Oracle’s Cloud Payroll solution.
