Are you a law graduate or an aspiring litigation executive looking for a rewarding role in a respected law firm? This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to manage their own Personal Injury (PI) case load while gaining hands-on experience in litigation.

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented individual with a passion for law and litigation to join our client’s team. If you have completed or are currently studying your LPC or SQE and have a strong understanding of legal procedures, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing your own case load from start to finish.
  • Handling high volumes of Personal Injury (PI) claims.
  • Liaising with clients, external organisations, and legal professionals.
  • Assisting with client instructions, telephone interviews, and appointments.
  • Providing legal support and guidance to clients where relevant.
  • Reviewing and researching legal matters, including collecting medical notes.
  • Drafting legal correspondence, letters, and case documentation.
  • Preparing for infant settlement hearings and instructing counsel.
  • Carrying out general legal administration and case management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Law graduate (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
  • Completed or currently studying LPC or SQE.
  • Demonstrable experience in a law firm OR a strong desire to work in law, backed by further qualifications.
  • Knowledge of legal procedures and case handling.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases.
  • Passion for litigation, personal injury law, and legal research.
