Your Role
Pride In London is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Partnerships Development Manager. This pivotal role reporting directly to the Head of New Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and securing new corporate sponsorships and partnerships for Pride in London.
Your Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential new partners aligned with Pride in London’s mission and values
- Initiate contact with prospective partners and manage the early stages of relationship-building
- Develop partnerships propositions, packages and presentations to pitch to potential partners
- Manage the partnership acquisition process from initial engagement through contract negotiations
- Track and report on progress against new partnership KPIs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new partners
- Stay up-to-date on partnership best practices and trends
