An exciting opportunity for Head of Company Secretary and Compliance within a well established construction organisation.

Key Skills required:

  • CGI qualified
  • Financial services background - understanding of investment management sector
  • Understanding of board reporting for investors
  • Experience in both company secretarial AND senior compliance position within FS or a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations including SMCR
  • Familiarity with AML and KYC in UK
