Hays HR are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator, initially for a 3 month contract. The role will provide support and co-ordination to the HR function in all aspects of the employee experience. Support in HR engagement projects and initiatives as directed by the Senior HR team.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Engage with managers to gather information, conduct research, and source data to feed into ongoing HR projects.
- Manage the administration and rollout of awards, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Monitor engagement survey actions, track progress, and flag areas requiring attention to the Senior HRBP.
- Support the planning and execution of activities leading up to the employee survey, ensuring readiness for its rollout.
- Organise and schedule HR meetings, liaising with managers to coordinate logistics.
- Provide administrative support for HR-led initiatives, such as rolling out health and wellbeing with the internal communications coordinator to drive awareness.
- Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
- Manage the administration of long service awards, including tracking eligibility and distributing awards to relevant managers.
- Support the HR Operations team with data reconciliation and analysis to provide insights that support decision-making.
- Providing general co-ordination and administrative support to the HR team, including raising purchase orders.
Applicants must have experience working in a HR Admin or Coordinator role previously.
