The Dream Career: Temporary Lending Support Assistant (3 months temp minimum & then rolling) The Location: Sheffield The Benefits Offered: Parking Pension Healthcare Training and Development The Hours: Full time β Monday β Thursday 8 am β 4 pm, Friday 8 am β 3 pm The Salary: Β£12.00 per hour The Job Role: We are delighted to be representing our clientβs thriving finance organisation as they add further headcount into their growing team. The successful candidate will be working as part of the Lending Support team and reporting into the Lending Officer. This a full-time temp-perm role. As Lending Support Assistant, the successful candidate will enjoy a fast-paced role supporting a team of Lending Support Officers. This role will be super varied, working to tight SLAs and strict attention to detail will be necessary at all times. We would love to hear from candidates that thrive working in a busy and pressurised environment. Working in a small team of three, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties; * Responding to enquiries from clients * Processing loan application payments * Updating the system with documentation * Supporting the Lending Officers with administrative duties * Communicating with Applicants via telephone, email and letter * Assisting the team with working out calculations * Accurately inputting information using the company CRM system * General administrative duties as required * Assisting the finance department with setting up payments * Working closely with other departments of the organisation We would love to hear from candidates that have the following skills and experience; * Experience working in a finance related role * Numerically strong * Exceptional communication skills β both written and verbal * Confidence using IT including the full suite of MS Office * Confident working under pressure * Able to work to strict SLAs, KPIs, and deadlines * Strong ability to make good decisions * Excellent administrative experience * Able to communicate with a range of people including customers and stakeholders Please note that this is an office based role β hybrid working will not be offered
