Key Responsibilities:

As our Data Officer, your role will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of examination data. You will:

  • Oversee the administration of examinations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with academic staff to facilitate smooth exam processes
  • Provide support to students and staff regarding exam queries and processes
  • Provide accurate and clear data analysis to support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in performance enhancement
  • Maintain and develop systems to ensure transparency of assessment data for stakeholders, including parents and students
  • Plan and organise examination logistics, including timetables, materials, and invigilation
  • Attend results days and assist in analysing examination outcomes

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • An in-date Enhanced DBS is essential for this role
  • Proficiency in data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in an educational setting or data management is needed
