Main Duties Include:
- Opening and archiving client matters
- Carrying out anti-money laundering verifications
- Precise digital dictation typing
- Assisting legal professionals with administrative support
- Utilising online platforms (such as Land Registry and AML checks)
- General administrative tasks (photocopying, printing, scanning)

- Confident IT abilities, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Fast and accurate audio typing skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage deadlines
