New opportunity for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join a leading, global organisation within the Renewable Energy sector. As a leader within their field, our client has seen significant growth and is recognised internationally for their cutting-edge technologies and making groundbreaking advancements.
With an increasing workload, they are looking to appoint an experienced UK based Legal Counsel to join their international legal team, with a focus on UK Projects. In this role, the appointed Legal Counsel will provide commercially focused legal support and advice across the company's construction and engineering projects, ensuring compliance, managing risk and negotiating and drafting across a broad range of construction related contracts to include (but not limited to) - PCSA, NEC, JCT, FIDIC, LOI’s, Bespoke contracts.
Candidates will be English Law / UK Qualified Solicitors and hold a proven track record in drafting and negotiating major construction and engineering projects within the construction, energy or utilities sectors.
