Evolve Housing and Support provides accommodation for around 500 people with a wide range of support needs across South and Central London. We need to ensure that our properties are safe for our residents and the communities in which we work. To make sure that we achieve that and to comply with the law, we need a team leader who can ensure that we arrange for a range of annual inspections by our contractors and someone who can carefully manage the information so that we never miss a safety inspection and we follow up on anything we find out as a result. You will also use the data to help us understand our properties and plan forward, investing where we can to make sure our properties remain good places to live.
We need a well organised individual with good IT skills and the ability to negotiate with colleagues and contractors in a constructive way.
Evolve Housing + Support is an equal opportunities employer and encourages applications from all sections of the community, including people who have experienced homelessness themselves.
