Warehouse Supervisor

EAC are representing a Market Leading Organisation who are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage a small team. This role offers a work life balance within a supportive environment in Milton Keynes.

On Offer:

• Basic Salary of £28,000 – £32,000
• Monday – Friday Hours
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Duties:

• Supervising staff and daily activities
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Monitoring stock levels of all equipment
• Preparing and sending out orders
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Ideal Warehouse Supervisor:

• Experienced in supervising a team
• Good customer service as you will still be liasing with customers
• Hands on with a proactive attitude
