Are you looking for a diverse role that is fun, stimulating and rewarding every day? If so we are looking to recruit a passionate Support Worker to join our services in Stockton and Billingham. This is a dynamic and growing service that offers a range of support packages to support our service users with mental health and learning disabilities.
As a Support Worker at our Stockton and Billingham services you will be supporting our service users, promoting independence, reducing isolation and encouraging mental and physical wellbeing. We aim to be flexible and responsive to our clients who have a range of different needs so no two days will ever be the same at this service!
Support Worker Duties:- You will provide person-centred care and support to clients to take part in all aspects of everyday life and to enjoy a wide range of activities.
- You will have skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support.
- We are looking to recruit people who are confident when lone working.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone striving for personal and career development. No previous care experience is needed, just a passion for providing person-centred care and support and working in a bright, friendly environment! Full training is provided by our Creative Support Training Academy, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Car drivers are preferable for this post.
