We are seeking a highly experienced Solicitor to join our client's Medical Negligence team due to growth within the business.

Main duties:

  • Manage a full caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to conclusion.
  • Liaise with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders to gather evidence and develop case strategies.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on liability, causation, and quantum in clinical negligence matters.
  • Attend court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
  • Prepare legal documents, including witness statements, pleadings, and expert reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and medical issues and developments.
  • Support senior colleagues with complex and high-value claims, assisting in delivering excellent client service.

What we need from you:

  • 5 years PQE as a qualified solicitor
  • Extensive PI and Clinical Negligence experience.
  • Autonomous and self-sufficient.
  • Demonstrable experience of providing clients with quality advice and guidance.
  • Strong technical and IT skills.
