An international insurance business, with a small team of specialist auditors based in London, is in the market for an Internal Audit Manager to work across all the activities of the group. The team enjoys excellent work life balance, good corporate culture and two days a week in the office.
A really good opportunity for someone who likes autonomously delivering first class audits in a positive and grown-up working environment without micromanagement or the expectation to regularly work long hours whilst also being financially well rewarded for your expertise.
The role will require experience working within the insurance industry as an internal auditor and as an experienced practitioner, you will have the ability to execute end to end audits to a high standard and with a high level of autonomy. Many of your stakeholders will be senior and technically very capable and so you will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of navigating senior level relationships.
Some of the more technical subject matter falling into the scope of this vacancy will mean a qualified accountant will have a distinct advantage.
