We are looking for a motivated and skilled Compliance MI Data Analyst to join the global Risk and Compliance team of a well-established, growing and forward-thinking Law Firm. This role is essential in supporting the regional Compliance teams, with a focus on the UK, Guernsey, or Jersey.
About the Role:
- Use digital tools to analyse client data and generate compliance dashboards and reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for specific Compliance digital applications, ensuring effective performance and data integrity by liaising with IT and application vendors.
- Lead global digital processes within Compliance to ensure functionality and appropriate task distribution. This may involve streamlining existing processes to digital-led approaches or outsourcing tasks to other teams.
- Test controls related to digital compliance processes and risk data integrity for applications such as AML screening tools.
- Collaborate with the broader Risk and Compliance team, other business services, and the wider organization to ensure seamless legal and regulatory compliance data management.
About You:
- Experience in working with client data in a Client Administration, Compliance, Risk, or operational control function within a regulated Financial Services business.
- Knowledge of regulated corporate and fiduciary services, particularly in jurisdictions like Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, and BVI. Familiarity with the UK or EU corporate and fiduciary services is a plus.
- Strong understanding of AML regulations in key jurisdictions (Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, BVI, UK).
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new client administration systems and digital applications.
- Process-oriented with the ability to manage large volumes of information, analyse data, and ensure high attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- A proactive team player with strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
