An award winning developer with an excellent reputation within the Construction industry currently have some great opportunities for Site Managers, with a number of projects around the East London area. The company is a family built business that has been around for a number of years and has a brilliant reputation for delivering new build affordable homes. They have a number of new projects ready to commence in East London. The projects are affordable homes developments with a value of £80m scheme.

They are looking for experienced Site Managers for this development and they are ready to start interviewing now. They are looking for experience in house building, a strong track record of delivering new build residential projects from inception through to completion, with experience of RC frame, Timber frame and Traditional Construction methods.

  • Strong track record delivering new build residential schemes
  • Experience of delivering RC frame / Timber frame and Traditional build projects from inception through to completion
  • Experience working for a reputable housebuilder
  • Excellent all round construction knowledge
  • Strong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teams
  • First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS
