Are you an experienced Asbestos Consultant looking for a new challenge with a well-established and highly respected company? Due to continued growth and an established national client portfolio, we are seeking Asbestos Analysts/Surveyors to join our clients field-based teams across the UK.
About the Role:
- UKAS-accredited air monitoring and four-stage clearances
- Asbestos surveys across housing and commercial properties
- Supporting project management, training, and auditing within the Asbestos Management Team

As an Asbestos Senior Consultant, you will serve as a key technical advisor on asbestos-related legislative and compliance matters, supporting both clients and internal business needs. You will take responsibility for the accurate and timely delivery of data and certification to clients, ensuring technical reviews meet required standards. In non-routine or complex scenarios, you will be expected to propose and guide solutions for internal and client review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on asbestos legislation and technical matters to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct asbestos surveys and inspections, including management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys and air monitoring across a variety of properties—including industrial and high-risk sites—independently and to a high standard.
- Ensure the timely and accurate release of reports, data, and certification to clients.
- Oversee complex technical problem-solving activities and provide strategic input in challenging situations.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, handling queries and offering guidance on technical and legislative issues.
- Mentor junior staff where appropriate and promote high technical standards across the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience conducting all types of asbestos surveys independently and four stage clearances
- Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation, guidance documents
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to review complex data and provide practical, compliant advice.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a wider team.
