One of the region's leading Construction Consultancies is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in Birmingham.
THE COMPANY
The client is one of the leading Consultancies in the region. They have a proven track record of designing and delivering major development schemes across the UK, working on multiple projects within the Infrastructure sector, including Highways, Rail, Utilities and Aviation. They have an outstanding reputation and strong track record of developing their employees to Director level positions.
THE POSITION
They are actively looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals and get involved in a range of projects from inception to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to take ownership on a range of projects within the Infrastructure sector. Value of projects can range over £100 million.
THE CANDIDATE
- Have a degree in Quantity Surveying
- Have 5+ years experience working in a Quantity Surveying role
- Have good communication and client facing skills
- Have MRICS or on the way to passing their APC
