Draught and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and deeds.

Conduct due diligence and property searches to ensure compliance with regulations and identify any potential issues.

Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring efficient and timely completion.

Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings, if required.

Stay up to date with changes in property law and regulations, and ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.

Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential property law.

Strong knowledge of property law and procedures, including Land Registry requirements and relevant regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly to clients.

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Proven ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using case management systems and other relevant software.

A proactive and client-focused approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
