This position is with one of The Midlands leading Building Services Consultants who have an extensive pipeline of works and need another Designer to add to their strong team.
You will be involved in projects across the healthcare, industrial and commercial sectors and will be a key member of the close-knit Consulting team. Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships with your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.
As a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer you will be:
- Managing the design and delivery of projects up to the value of £5M – up to RIBA stage 3
- Working with a close-knit consulting team
- Client facing, looking after 3 highly valued clients
- Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial and Industrial
- Using the latest Design packages and technology to assure constant development
- Offered opportunities to progress and grow
We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer, with either a Consultancy or a Contracting background. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a working knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering, CIBSE membership.
Your salary will be within the £55-65K plus car region and as part of your employment with the company you will receive automatic enrolment in the private healthcare scheme as well as the pension scheme.
