Sales Manager Hale International is a highly successful, niche staffing firm specialising in providing Workday professionals to leading global organizations across the United States. Since our launch in 2019, we have experienced rapid growth, leading to our acquisition by Oxford Global Resources in 2022, where we became their dedicated Workday practice. Earlier this year, we were recognized as an official Workday Staffing Partner, further solidifying our reputation as the number one Workday staffing firm in the U.S. We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our leadership team based out of our UK office, to help propel our business to even greater heights. Responsibilities: Lead, guide, and support a team of Sales Consultants, ensuring they consistently achieve and surpass their targets. Define and execute the strategic direction for your team, aligning it with the company’s broader objectives. Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and delivering Hale’s customized staffing solutions. Acquire new clients to expand Hale’s customer base. Partner with the executive team to identify and integrate best practices in Hale’s recruitment processes. Set up and track your Teams KPI’s to assess team productivity and ensure their success. Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to US legal regulations and uphold the highest ethical standards. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in the recruitment industry, regardless of sector. Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience. Previous management experience is a plus, but not essential. Senior Consultants looking to step into management are encouraged to apply. Why Join Hale International?
