About The Role
Team – Direct to consumer
Working Pattern - Monday-Thursday 09:00-19:30, Friday 09:00-17:30 Saturday 10:00-13:45 (35 hours between these opening hours, 1 in 4 Saturdays)
Hybrid - 2 days in the Stockport office 3 days at home

What will you do as a Direct Sales Executive?
- Contact Potential Customers: Reach out to individuals who have shown interest in the company’s products or services.
- Initial Needs Assessment: Engage in conversations to understand the potential customer’s needs and preferences.
- Provide Information: Offer detailed and accurate information about the products or services.
- Build Relationships: Establish a rapport with potential customers to build trust and interest.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with leads to keep them engaged and informed.
- Record Interactions: Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed lead generation and conversion targets.
