Woodgrange Personal Training Studio is looking for excellent new Personal Trainers. We don’t operate a ‘Rent-structure’ nor commission rates, as these do not help growing trainers. Instead we offer a good set hourly rate with incremental increases. The ‘take-home’ pay is often far more than working in a commercial gym. Simply, the more you give, the more you benefit. We believe incentivising good trainers is best for both them and the business. The hourly structure ensures trainers have no overheads, are not penalised for time off and are rewarded for extra work. Woodgrange Personal Training Studio also take care of client admin and heavily assist in the Marketing and acquisition of clients to get new trainers to full capacity as quickly as possible. Ideally we would like Full-Time trainers in house, but can work with Part-time if there is consistency in the hours. The studio is open 7 days a week. Woodgrange Personal Training Studio is the second of 4 new top-tier local Personal Training Studios. We are proud to have a great community reputation and waiting list of clients. We are also looking to facilitate the careers of top personal trainers with other roles of studio managers and area managers becoming available soon. …
