The Role: The Receptionist role at Tag is the first point of call for all Visitors, Clients and Colleagues coming to the London office. We have recently refurbished our entire London office and are looking for a receptionist to manage our front-desk activities. The receptionist will ensure all visitors to the company are received in a welcoming fashion, answer calls and emails from staff and clients efficiently and politely, and facilitate tasks for management and general staff enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and be able to deal with a fast-paced but fun environment. As the first point of contact, the receptionist should maintain high standards of customer care at all times.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Facilities Team for Tag London, the receptionist will provide administrative support across a number of key areas within the London office and across the Tag Group.
  • Meet and greet guests as they arrive in the office.
  • Ensure all visitors sign in and direct them to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationary including marketing materials and refreshments.
  • Provide basic but accurate information in-person or via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Ensure that office security protocol is followed including safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Order supplies for the office including stationary, refreshments and snacks for clients and teams.
  • Provide support to facilities teams with regards to larger company events happening on site.
  • Diary management and meeting scheduling.
  • Assist teams with travel bookings.
  • Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform additional clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Training will also be provided for those not familiar with all programmes.

  • English and Maths GCSE Level or equivalent.
  • No previous experience in a similar role is required.
