About the Role: We're on the lookout for an organised and proactive Office Manager / Administrator to help keep everything running smoothly. This is a varied and hands-on role, with a particular focus on finance and administrative tasks. You'll also provide wider support to ensure our day-to-day operations run efficiently. It's a fantastic opportunity to grow, learn on the job, and build a meaningful career with us.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Business Admin: Booking travel, scheduling team away days & meetings, managing schedules.
- Finance Admin: Creating & sending invoices, credit control, expenses tracking.
- Office Organisation: Manage and organise samples, keep the office stocked, implement and maintain office procedures to enhance efficiency.
- HR Support: Assist in recruitment processes, maintain and update employee records, monitor employee attendance, holidays, and leave records.
- Event Support: Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, research and book event spaces, lead capture and follow up.
- Marketing Support: Support on general marketing activities such as creating and scheduling social media content, conducting market research.
- Wider Team Support: Be ready to support different areas of the business as required.
- Maintain effective internal and external communication channels, implement organisational systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency, implement and maintain organisational systems for documentation and record-keeping, onboarding for new starters, organise team events.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in an office management, admin, or finance support role.
- Experience in a start-up or fast-paced office environment.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communicator, both written and spoken.
- A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Friendly, approachable, and proactive.
- Full of ideas and keen to share them to help the business grow.
- Confident using Google Drive, Docs, Slides, and managing emails.
- A culture champion who loves fostering a positive team vibe.
