Are you a master of organisation who can juggle farm life, events, family, projects & more? Can you handle farm vans & pick-up trucks with confidence? This role is for a versatile and creative PA who thrives on variety, one minute booking flights, the next fielding calls, then sorting keys, moving boxes & making endless cups of tea.

Manning the office - keeping everything & everyone on track. Liaising with bookkeepers, farm staff, builders & beyond (not doing their jobs, just making sure they do!).

  • Administration & assistance - emails, spreadsheets, Zooms, meetings, & more.
  • Diary management - meticulous attention needed.
  • Logistics - cars, hotels, visas, events, materials, tenants, even glass recycling!
  • Must be a confident driver (automatic).
  • Sense of humour essential. No two days are the same!
  • Rolling up your sleeves - from shredding to house clearances to organising storage.
  • Keeping on top of EVERYTHING - knowing what’s urgent & what can wait.
  • Got Mac skills? A sharp eye for a deal? Love making lists & ticking them off? You’ll fit right in.
  • Office-savvy, hands-on approach with an unflappable, calm nature.

Hours of work: 9-5.30pm Mon-Friday office based role in the Cotswolds.
