Red Recruitment is recruiting Part-time, Evening Customer Service Advisors in Banbury to join our client, a premier contact centre outsourcing business, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients.
This is a part-time, temporary position working evening and weekend shifts only, due to begin the week commencing the 24th of March. The hourly rate is £11.50 per hour.
Benefits and Package:- Salary: £11.50 per hour
- Hours: Weekday evening shifts will be between the hours of 5pm - 8pm; Weekend shifts will be 9am - 4pm
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Location: Banbury
- Start date: Week commencing 24th of March
- Working on behalf of a funeral company
- Answering customer calls regarding a variety of queries regarding a funeral plan
- Assisting customers with their funeral payment plans
- Ensuring all queries are answered within a timely manner
