Route 1 are seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Assembly Operatives to join their team.
Salary and Shift:
- Day Shift: 12.58 per hour
- Overtime: 18.87 - 25.16 per hour
- Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble modular units.
- Follow technical drawings and instructions to construct and install components.
- Work on different stages of modular construction, including framing, plaster boarding and window installation.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets industry and company standards.
- Assist in the movement of materials and finished products within the factory.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring safe working practices at all times.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or modular building environment (preferred but not essential).
