Adecco are currently recruiting for a Mailroom Operative to join our key multi-national corporate client based on Cannon Street. Experience within a similar role or of providing general clerical support would be desirable. Working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday at £13 per hour.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
- Delivery of inward courier items and post
- Tracking internal and external packages/post using company tracking software
- Moving boxes and crates
- Booking of outgoing couriers
- Processing outgoing mail
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Logging incoming items and Mailtrack system
The ideal candidate will be IT literate and have excellent customer service skills.
