Our Client is an award-winning Organic Beauty and Skincare products company. They are looking for a Sales Administrator.
Duties include:
- Amazon accounts: Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts
- Creating new product listings, processing orders
- Managing disputes of shortage and price claims
- Managing and coordinating all deliveries with logistics and the warehouse
- Inventory Management for Amazon accounts
- Producing reports for management and implementing promotional activity
- Answering the phone and assisting customers with their queries
- Handling customer reviews, complaints and return requests from online platforms
- Develop and manage our other e-commerce accounts, including E-bay
- Any other adhoc duties
Essential requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience processing Amazon FBA orders
- Experience in Amazon listing optimisation / PPC experience
- Previous experience of Amazon Marketing Services - campaigns/product launches
- Inventory Management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
