This is a full-time, fixed term contract for 16 months.

As a HR Helpdesk Advisor based in our Warwick office, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting our business, advising colleagues via phone/email on policies and various queries, using our Halo ticketing system
  • Working with the Employee Relations team on low-level cases, which includes AWOL, absence management, flexible working requests, probation, and misconduct cases
  • Various administrative duties on our HR Workday system

This generalist role offers exposure across the business and the opportunity to build your knowledge and experience in HR. It is a great step into a large organisation which could lead to building a career with us if opportunities become available.

You will work Monday-Friday 40 hours a week, with hybrid flexible working, up to 2 days remotely a week. Hours can be either 7:30am-4:30pm, 8-4:30pm or 8am-5pm.

  • Experience with low level ER queries/cases is highly preferred, previous HR administrative experience is essential
  • Confident, organised and proactive individual
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and work in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Great communication skills, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
