Working for a well established Insurance Broker you will be taking inbound calls from customers enquiring about renewing or upgrading their insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Customer Services, Sales or Account Management. Have a hungry approach toward telesales, amazing attention to detail, be enthusiastic with the desire to succeed.

General duties:- Speaking with existing customers about policies due for renewal.
- Build rapport with customers while renewing insurance policies over the phone.
- Handling objections, any issues or counter quotes from other insurance providers or brokers where necessary in a professional way.
- Taking policy details ensuring every piece of information is correct and managing the relevant paperwork.
- Scoping out opportunities for other potential insurance policies to quote or referrals to pass over to the sales team.
- Proven track record in customer services/sales/account management
- Driven and hungry approach toward sales
- Attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic persona with the desire to succeed.
- OTE in range of £24 - £28,000
- 9.30am start 5pm finish
- Encouraged to achieve a Cert CII qualification.
- Fully expensed qualification plus bonus of £1,000 paid on completion.
