Are you looking to forge a career within a company that offers training and qualifications to enhance your future progression? We are working with one of the UK top Insurance brokers who are looking for applications to join their Academy Scheme. This position would be an ideal role for a Graduate or those with some work experience who are looking for swift progress with opportunities to achieve professional qualifications and a career in Insurance.
This role will see you circulate around departments beginning your career in Client Services. Show competence, drive and commitment and progression onto the Sales and Renewals teams, and ultimately to your graduation as a qualified specialist insurance consultant.
Education and knowledge development is at the heart of this opportunity. Academy members are encouraged to sit the Certification in Insurance exam provided by The Chartered Insurance Institute. This will be fully funded with bonuses for passing of up to £1,000.
