We are supporting a European owned group in their search for a HR & Payroll Advisor. The HR & Payroll advisor will be responsible for overseeing the payroll for all companies within the UK group, acting as a conduit between the business and external payroll provider, ensuring that they have all the necessary employee information and payroll is processed accurately. You will also deal with a variety of HR tasks, acting as a partner to the international HR team. We are open to considering applicants on either a full time or 4 day per week basis.
- Registration and maintenance of employee data on HR System (new hires / terminations / employment changes, tax and pension information, statutory elements, etc), being the first point of contact for external payroll providers
- Producing the contracts and other employment-related documentation.
- Absence / attendance control and handling on HR system.
- Managing employee contracts
- Setting up new employees in the HR systems
- Maintain employee records
- Managing employee annual leave and sickness leave
- Maintain records of Health and Safety compliance
- Oversee the leavers process
- Correspond with employee benefit providers
- Set up an employee expenses and mileage policy
