Salary / Rate of pay: £34,320 per annum + £3,000 per annum Service Charge + Annual Bonus

  • Supervise and train reception staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the needs of the guests.
  • Schedule shifts and manage the daily operations of the front desk.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and prompt attention to their needs throughout their stay.
  • Oversee the reservation system, room assignments, and check-ins/check-outs.
  • Ensure all front desk operations comply with hotel policies and quality standards.
  • Manage budgets and financial plans for the department.
  • Analyze customer feedback and front desk operations to develop strategic plans for improving service and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, maintaining a secure environment for both guests and staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Reception Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Opera PMS system.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Temporary live-in accommodation can be provided.
