The role…
The role of the Training Partner is instrumental in supporting Radius’s growth strategy. Focusing on the Emerging Product, this role will support the creation and delivery of learning that fits the needs of the Radius business across multiple sites within the UK and Europe.
What would your day to day look like?
- Rolling out a progressive and dynamic training program across the Emerging Product teams focusing on induction and upskill for Agents, Team Leaders, and Managers.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of “best in group” training programs for new starter induction and ongoing agent development – leveraging on the Group Learning content.
- Deliver training to upskill our teams on cross selling opportunities across the Emerging Products teams portfolio.
- Work with the business to ensure post workshop learning materials are implemented to support embedding of the learning solutions.
- Where required support with generic development of tools such as scripts and visual aids to improve both experience and results.
- Working closely with all internal stakeholders to fully understand the needs of the business areas and deliver a ‘best in group’ learning solution.
- Continually seek feedback, formally or informally, post any delivery sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
What do we expect of you?
- Facilitation skills including aligning to learning styles.
- Highly presentable with strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to engage at all levels internally and externally.
- A proven track record in terms of developing Sales Agents.
- A ‘can do’ positive attitude and ability to work off one’s own initiative.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales Management or Sales Training Role.
- Training qualifications would be a distinct advantage.
- Full Clean Driving License.
