We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Bank Business Partner, where you will work collaboratively with our various healthcare clients. In this role, you will be a point of escalation on site for all clinical and non-clinical stakeholders at all levels, ensuring a consistent service delivery. This will include resolving queries and looking to improve the bank fill rate, minimising the use of agency. Every day you will… Be the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, building trust in Bank Partners Look at all ways to improve the bank fill rate and reduce the reliance on agency Look at MI to help forecast trends and peaks in demand, using it as a tool to effectively change trust bookings behaviours for a more effective service What’s in it for you?
