We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client who is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to take ownership of the current ServiceNow platform, managing upgrades, maintaining plugins, and overseeing workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement solutions for both internal and external stakeholders
- Perform business analysis and process optimization
- Diagnose issues and design effective solutions, recommending system enhancements
- Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to align with organizational needs
- Automate processes by creating and managing workflows, business rules, and scripts
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls
- Resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform
- Work with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools
- Ensure optimal performance and scalability of the ServiceNow instance
What you will need to be successful:
- Proven hands on experience with ServiceNow platform
- Proficiency in JavaScript/AngularJS
- Background in database design and modelling
- Experience in administering core functionalities of the ServiceNow platform
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow ITSM & CSM modules
- Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with SCCM, InTune, Azure, AWS, SAM/HAM (Desirable)
- Experience with: Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Catalog Builder, Domain-separated data, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Portal administration, Performance Analytics
- ServiceNow CSA Certified Minimum
