NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Pricing Analyst to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.
The Pricing Analyst is part of a team of Analysts responsible for calculating, communicating, and auditing prices across the whole inventory of nearly 500,000 products. This role requires close attention to detail to ensure the correct prices are charged to each customer group across our inventory.
Every day you will:
- Help maintain our in-house price calculator and manage the flow of the one million price updates into both our legacy and new Oracle price systems.
- Check and audit prices to ensure they have been implemented correctly.
- Work closely with our Category Management Teams to help them complete the required processes and to aid them in their responsibility for the control of all product costs (buy prices).
- Identify cost price anomalies and the tenacity to resolve issues.
- Review our in-house processes to constantly improve the way we work and to improve efficiency, a constant goal since the formation of the team.
