My client is looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join their growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, processing orders, managing returns, and ensuring world-class customer service. You will work both independently and collaboratively to meet performance targets while building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Salesforce and Sage
- Manage time effectively to ensure high productivity and service quality
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Provide accurate stock and pricing information to customers
- Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives

- Part time 16 hours per week (either 2 days 8 hours/4 days @4 hours a day) Salary Β£27,477 pro rata (Β£10,990) Onsite FTC until 31 December 2025
